Since 2008, SEE Quarry (formerly Quarry Solutions) has owned and operated quarries under various arrangements in northern New South Wales and south east Queensland.
Our experienced in quarry and mobile production teams operate with a ‘high-volume, high-quality’ delivery approach.
We operate up to ten fixed quarry sites at any given time along with additional capacity for mobile crushing and screening operations as required. Our team includes dedicated safety and quality personnel as well as a team of experienced plant operators and mechanics to ensure each site is self-sufficient and production can be maximised safely.

Executive General Manager – Resources and Property
Matt has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and business, across Australia and New Zealand with extensive experience in quarries, asphalt and pavement construction and maintenance.
As EGM – Property & Resources, Matt leads the development and operations of the Group’s resources-based business and activities including decorative, hard rock and sand quarries.
Matt’s experience across the industry brings leadership and expertise to ensuring safe, quality and efficient operations.
Operations Manager – Material Supply
Blake has more than 20 years of experience in the quarrying, construction materials and resources sector. Working in various roles across many states, he has extensive experience in the sourcing, manufacturing, and supply of various construction materials to major road, rail, and infrastructure projects.
As SEE Group’s Operations Manager for Materials Supply, he is responsible for the operational performance of the companies quarrying, crushing, and screening assets.
Blake works closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally, he provides leadership and a practical approach in the delivery of quarrying and materials processing projects.

Doonbah Sand Quarry was acquired to support the supply of concrete paving aggregates to the Pacific Highway Upgrade – Woolgoolga to Ballina project. Quarry Solutions designed and built specific dredging equipment for the Doonbah Quarry. The Pacific Highway Upgrade – Woolgoolga to Ballina involved the longest stretch of continuous concrete pavement every undertaken in Australia with a majority of the sand supplied from Doonbah. Other clients for the Doonbah Sand quarry including regional councils and garden and landscaping suppliers.
The quarry has been planned over four stages, having a combined area of 18.3 hectares, with resource to a depth of 15 metres and a total resource of around 4 million tonnes. The quarry has capacity and capability for dredging, screening, washing, blending and stockpiling sand resources.
