The Dunes is a small 49 lot residential subdivision located with the heart of Kingscliff.

SEE Civil undertook all construction works including bulk and detailed earthworks and construction and installation of civil infrastructure elements for the project. The project included construction of a new roundabout under live traffic on Kingscliff Street, one of the key entry roads to the Kingscliff Town Centre.

Scope of Works

Bulk andd etailede arthworks associated with the construction of 49 residnetial lots.
Earthworks were undertaken in a predominantly sand base
Construction of a new round about OnKingscliff Street, a key entry road for Kingscliff
Import of around 90,000 tonne of general fill material
Construction of concrete and asphalt pavements (roads and footpaths) to various depths
Installation of stormwater drainage with eco sol unitys and pipes ranging from 375mm diametres through to 1800 mm diametres
