Works for Wave 5C were undertaken adjacent to an endangered Oxleyan Pygmy Perch habitat

Construction was undertaken above the creek

A creek was diverted through the site to improve environmental outcomes

Works within the creek was carefully planned to prevent undue environmental impacts

Rock had to placed on the project within a constrained timeframe. Works were suspended during Oxleyan Pgymy Perch breeding season.

Drainage and water needed to be carefully managed around the site to ensure waterways were protected
