Managing Director
Steve brings over 25 years of industry experience, having worked in roles ranging from field and operations to high-level leadership positions. He was appointed as Managing Director in 2005.
In this role, Steve oversees high-level operations and growth strategies across SEE Group, ensuring the Executive Leadership team effectively implements strategic business plans and drives the company’s direction.
Steve’s diverse career experience provides him with a deep understanding of all SEE Group operations and the contributions of each employee. His passion and dedication to SEE Group are clear in his interactions with employees, partners, and stakeholders. Steve truly embodies the values and spirit of SEE Group.
Chief Executive Officer
Joel has more than 18 years of experience delivering major road, rail, and civil infrastructure projects. Recently assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer, he previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director – Operations at SEE Group, after joining SEE Civil in 2016 as a Construction Manager.
As Chief Executive Officer, Joel is responsible for the overall performance, improvement, and management of the SEE Group business units. He implements business goals, drives the culture and values of the business, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Joel’s experience in leading teams means he drives a high-performance culture among SEE’s management and wider project teams
Executive Director – Plant & Logistics
Mark has more than 20 years of civil construction industry experience in high-level site supervision and construction management roles.
Mark has been working with SEE Group since 2005. In 2016 he was appointed the Executive Director – Plant and Logistics. Mark’s responsibilities include the high-level management and performance monitoring of SEE Group’s large fleet of machinery and equipment and driving the performance and success of our projects through production.
Mark’s expertise lies in achieving optimal performance from the SEE Group machinery fleet and anticipating the future plant and machinery needs of our business to ensure our projects stay ahead of the curve.
Executive Director – Corporate Services
Peta has more than 12 years’ experience, working in a range of roles across SEE Group’s operations. Peta was appointed to her current role as Executive Director of Corporate Services in 2021. Prior to this she was appointed Executive Director of People & Compliance in 2019, following several years as the group’s People and Culture Manager.
In her current role, Peta is responsible for the strategic direction of several of the group’s shared services including People & Culture, Workplace Health and Safety and the Integrated Management Systems. Peta is dedicated to driving a high-performing inclusive culture, cultural change with SEE Group’s businesses and creating a positive employee experience for all employees.
Peta’s many years of management experience means she is a passionate and focused leader that empowers her teams to continually grow.

Chief Financial Officer
As CFO at SEE Group, Lorelei is responsible to lead and manage SEE Group’s financial strategic objectives, delivering management reporting, overseeing audit activities and ensure compliance with all statutory and governance requirements.
Working closely with the Senior Management Team, Lorelei is also responsible for assisting the various entities within the Group in overseeing their financial activities and partnering with the business to deliver financial objectives and meet their financial KPIs. With a focus on improving the internal reporting systems and identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement, Lorelei ensures optimal levels of financial performance management, control, and governance. Lorelei is also responsible for providing effective financial advice, business improvement initiatives, systems, and operational controls to achieve agreed outcomes for the Group.
General Manager – Precontracts
Adam has more than 20 years of civil construction industry experience, commencing as a leading hand for civil construction projects, before working his way through different roles and qualifications.
Adam now serves as General Manager – Precontracts, after previously serving as SEE Civil’s Pre-Contracts Manager. In his role, Adam is responsible for the successful bidding and handover of all projects undertaken by SEE Civil through the coordination of resources, ensuring clear and consistent financial reporting and aligning the business with current market opportunities.
Having worked at both the site and corporate levels, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the pricing, structure and ultimate delivery of both urban development and civil infrastructure projects.
Through his role, Adam has built an extensive network of contacts within the civil construction industry in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
General Manager – Strategy & Engineering
General Manager – Safety
Micheal is a WHS Leader with over 18 years of experience across the construction, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, and energy sectors. His extensive background has enabled him to work closely with project teams, operational leaders, and executive groups to elevate safety standards and embed safety leadership at every level of an organisation. Micheal has successfully led large-scale HSEQ strategies and cultural transformation initiatives that have delivered lasting, positive outcomes. He is passionate about aligning strategic safety goals with real-world operational outcomes and understands the importance of connecting diverse stakeholder groups across civil, mining, fleet, and quarry operations.
As General Manager – Safety at SEE Group, Micheal is responsible for overseeing the work health and safety (WHS) performance and management across all business units. His leadership style is people-first, practical, and grounded in a ‘one team’ approach, placing people at the centre of risk-based decision-making and driving outcomes that reflect SEE Group’s culture and core values.
Group Commercial and Legal Manager
Kirrilly has over 14 years’ experience practicing as a lawyer in both private practice and in-house roles for a ASX listed company specialising in the areas of property, construction and commercial law across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
Kirrilly joined SEE Group in 2020 as the Group Commercial and Legal Manager.
As Group Commercial and Legal Manager, Kirrily is responsible for providing timely and commercially sound legal advice on contract bids, various urban and infrastructure contracts, disputes and a multitude of other associated matters to various internal stakeholders, as well as supporting the directors with ongoing structuring and corporate governance advice on various aspects of the SEE Group business.
Group People and Culture Manager
Chantelle is a tertiary qualified Human Resources professional with over twelve years’ of experience gained through a range of operational and strategic human resources roles in the Engineering and Construction industry.
As People and Culture Manager at SEE Group, Chantelle leads the strategy, implementation, and management of human resources, industrial relations and training and development. Chantelle is focused on supporting our leaders and fostering high-performing teams to ensure our people are at our competitive advantage. By prioritising continuous growth, innovation, and diversity, Chantelle is dedicated to empowering every individual to thrive and contribute to a prosperous future for both the company and its talented workforce.
Group Environmental and Sustainability Manager
SEE Group’s Environmental and Sustainability Manager Morgan Hamilton has extensive experience delivering projects in NSW and Queensland, including major infrastructure, urban and commercial developments with bulk earthworks, and mining and quarrying operations. Morgan’s role encompasses compliance, systems, processes, and policies to successfully deliver projects while ensuring adherence to both environmental and commercially sustainable practices.
Morgan’s passion for the environment and its long-term conservation has guided the way that SEE Group operates, and his performance in collaboration with construction teams continues to be recognised through authority stakeholders and industry awards.

General Manager – Infrastructure
With 20 years of experience, Tom has successfully delivered complex road and infrastructure projects in New South Wales and Queensland.
Most notably, Tom has delivered the Bruce Highway Edmonton to Gordonvale E2G Project for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and the Pacific Highway Upgrade project – Woolgoolga to Ballina (W2B) for Roads and Martine Services (RMS).
Tom’s exemplary performance demonstrates the required trust, skills, and experience to lead SEE Group’s Infrastructure and Resources Division.
Tom’s proven capability and experience on major complex projects provide our clients and the division with confidence that project teams will achieve project objectives, mitigate risks, and overcome construction delivery challenges.
Tom’s passion for delivering infrastructure excellence within high-performing team environments drives innovations and initiatives across the Group and will lead collaborative contracting models through to success.
General Manager – Urban
Finn is a seasoned engineering and construction management professional in the civil construction industry, with over 13 years of experience working on a wide variety of complex projects.
From large-scale infrastructure and mining projects to master-planned communities, Finn’s diverse project background allows him to deliver projects resourcefully and with innovative solutions.
As General Manager – Urban, after serving as Division Manager – Urban, Finn guides the division’s portfolio of private urban development and local government projects.
Finn is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders – a focus that has resulted in his team having a solid portfolio of projects.
With Finn’s deep understanding of local communities and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, he leads with invaluable vision.
General Manager – Mining
Peter has over 25 years of experience within the mining industry, having worked in both site-based and corporate leadership roles within Australia and the South East Asia region. Peter’s depth of experience spans across multiple jurisdictions and commodities, including coal, gold and nickel and includes significant experience in operations management, mine safety and contract management. Peter has delivered successful project outcomes for clients and stakeholders under various forms of contract, including schedule of rates and alliance style contracts.
Peter’s collaborative leadership style and focus on key project drivers and cost control, has seen him create inclusive work environments that have been able to unite individuals together to form high-performing teams with a clear focus on meeting client and stakeholder objectives.
As General Manager – Mining, Peter is responsible for leading and executing the Mining strategy across SEE Group.
Executive General Manager – Resources and Property
Matt has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and business, across Australia and New Zealand with extensive experience in quarries, asphalt and pavement construction and maintenance.
As EGM – Property & Resources, Matt leads the development and operations of the Group’s resources-based business and activities including decorative, hard rock and sand quarries.
Matt’s experience across the industry brings leadership and expertise to ensuring safe, quality and efficient operations.
Division Manager – SEE Fleet
Jay is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in mining operational maintenance across Queensland and New South Wales.
Specialising in the maintenance and management of mining assets, Jay has a proven track record of optimising plant performance and ensuring the reliability of critical equipment.
His in-depth knowledge of mining operations, combined with a hands-on approach, has enabled him to deliver significant improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness for numerous mining projects.
Jay’s dedication to maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence has established him as a trusted leader in the industry.
Construction Manager – Civil Infrastructure
Lucas commenced his career at SEE Civil in 2016 as a Project Manager with a wide range of experience in project based engineering and estimating. He quickly progressed to Senior Project Manager before becoming Construction Manager in 2019.
As Construction Manager – Civil Infrastructure, Lucas is responsible for the continual improvement of operational systems and infrastructure teams along with developing business opportunities to help underpin and continue SEE Civil’s recent successes.
Lucas has a long list of successful projects delivered under collaborative frameworks. In 2019 Lucas’ collaborative leadership style was recognised by industry after winning the Civil Contractors Federation Project Manager of the Year Award.
Lucas continues to focus on engaging with industry and driving business strategy in delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects with existing and prospective client sectors.
Construction Manager
David is a seasoned Construction Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for a diverse range of clients, including the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), local councils, and major infrastructure organizations. His extensive experience covers large- and medium-scale civil and building projects across the eastern seaboard of Australia, including roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, desalination plants, subdivisions, and industrial and commercial developments.
David is skilled in developing and executing construction strategies that align with client needs and business financial objectives. He excels at managing multiple multidisciplinary projects, ensuring smooth coordination and effective delivery from initiation to completion.
As a respected leader, David is recognized for his ability to build and guide high-performing teams that consistently meet program goals. His leadership fosters a productive and collaborative work environment, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Construction Manager
Nick has over 15 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects and urban and commercial developments for both the public and private sectors.
He began his career as a Quality Assurance Engineer and progressed to a Site Engineer before joining the SEE Civil family over 10 years ago. Throughout his time with SEE Civil, Nick’s career has grown from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager, and now to Construction Manager.
In his current role, Nick manages a portfolio of projects, ensuring their successful delivery and the continuous development of his teams. His extensive experience spans both public and private sector projects, including road, rail, and bridge infrastructure; large service infrastructure such as drainage and waste facilities; and subdivisions.
Construction Manager- Urban
Marko has over 13 years of experience in civil infrastructure, having progressed through engineering and leadership roles on major infrastructure projects across Queensland. He has delivered significant works for public sector clients including transport, rail and utilities agencies, and has developed a deep understanding of the technical, commercial and regulatory aspects of project delivery.
As Construction Manager for SEE Group’s Urban division, Marko is responsible for managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. His role includes overseeing construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing programs and budgets, and leading high-performing project teams.
Marko is known for building strong client relationships, navigating complex delivery environments and fostering a collaborative team culture. He brings technical expertise and a practical leadership style that drives successful outcomes from project planning through to completion.
Regional Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the civil construction industry, Brad has played a pivotal role in delivering some of Queensland’s largest master-planned communities.
Renowned for his exceptional leadership and management skills, Brad excels in fostering strong relationships and driving successful outcomes.
Currently, Brad leads a dynamic team focused on creating a new region for both the company and its clients north of Brisbane, ensuring sustainable growth and strategic development.
Construction and Logistics Manager
With over 20 years of experience in constructing and delivering major civil, road, and urban development projects, Eddie Rae has built a remarkable career from the ground up.
Since joining SEE Civil in 2014, Eddie has been an integral part of the company’s growth, contributing to its evolution into the successful business it is today.
His expertise and dedication have led him to his current role as Construction and Logistics Manager, where he continues to drive excellence in every project.
Operations Manager
Justin is a highly experienced Maintenance Operations Manager with over 20 years in the Australian mining and civil sectors. He has led large-scale maintenance operations and delivered key projects that improve equipment reliability, safety, and cost efficiency. Known for his strong leadership, Justin manages multi-disciplinary teams and builds a culture focused on safety and performance.
He is skilled in overseeing full project lifecycles, including tendering, planning, mobilisation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. With a practical, results-driven approach, Justin ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. His strategic planning and focus on continuous improvement have consistently delivered strong operational outcomes, making him a valuable asset to any organisation focused on performance and reliability.
Operations Support Manager
With over 11 years in the construction industry, including more than 9 years with SEE Group, Schae has built a strong foundation in business operations, systems, and process improvement. Her diverse experience has led her to transition into the Fleet division, where she plays a key role in supporting both operational and strategic goals.
Schae leads office operations, managing core financial functions while leading initiatives to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the business. She works closely with teams to optimise workflows, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement. With a strong emphasis on performance, alignment, and accountability, Schae plays a vital role in enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting the continued growth of the company.
