Bellevue Residential Estate is a master-planned community residential subdivision in the Ripley Valley creating 577 homes. The project is located approximately 40 minutes from Brisbane, 15 minutes from Springfield City and 10 minutes from Ipswich in one of the fastest-growing regions in Southeast Queensland.

SEE Civil were awarded the project which will be delivered over eighteen stages:

  • Stage 1, 2 & 3 and External Works | Jul-22 to Aug-22 | $11.5M
  • Stage 4 | Mar-22 to Dec-22 | $5.3M
  • Stage 5 | May-22 to Jan-23 | $2.1M
  • Stage 6 | Oct-22 to Feb-23 | $1.7M
  • Stage 7 & 8 | Jan-23 to Sep-23 | $3.9M
  • Stage 9, 10 & 11 Sep-23 to Jun-24 | $8.4M
  • Stages 12 & 13 Civils and 12-18 Bulk Earthworks Mar-24 to Expected Completion Oct-24 | $10M

Project Scope

  • Large-scale bulk earthworks and civil works.
  • External road infrastructure upgrades.
  • Service installations (sewer, stormwater, water, electrical, communications, gas).
  • Management of vegetation retention and clearing.
  • Pavements.
  • Tunnel boring works.
  • Traffic signal installations.
  • Bioretention basin construction.
  • Footpath, driveway and concrete laneway construction.

 

Key Construction Elements

  • Bulk earthworks exceeding 300,000 cubic metres of bulk earthworks and 150,000 cubic metres of export materials.
  • 5,791 metres stormwater drainage.
  • 5,749 metres water reticulation.
  • 7,381 metres sewer reticulation – including large diameter trunk sewer mains up to 8 metres deep.
  • Over 12,662 square metres of face area to construct concrete sleeper retaining walls across lot packages.
  • 558 square metres of Class A sandstone retaining walls.
  • 12,278 cubic metres of pavement roadworks.
  • 10,677 metres of concrete kerb and channel.
  • Construction of a signalised four-way intersection of Ripley Road undertaken in a live traffic situation with complex switching and night works.
  • Bio retention basins and concrete forebay construction.
  • 4,229 tonnes of asphalt placed to date.
  • 12,031 square metres of concrete footpath.
  • 1,774 square metres of concrete driveways.
