The Casuarina Town Centre project involved the development of a 19.4-hectare development area for mixed-used – residential and commercial lots.

Project Overview:

clearing and grubbing
bulk and detailed earthworks
internal and external civil works for the site.

Project Scope

Clearing and grubbing of the entire 19.4-hectare site.
More than 230,000m³ of earthworks in sand including management of around 30,000m³ of contaminated sand material.
Construction of a new signalised intersection.
All internal and external roadworks required to connect the development to the existing road network.
Installation and management of all erosion and sediment control.
Installation of all critical service infrastructure including water and sewer reticulation with a trunk sewer up to 5 metres deep.
