Over his 30-year career, Jon has gained technical and construction experience in the civil engineering of large, complex infrastructure projects, delivered under a range of commercial models.  Jon has been a senior leader and the General Manager of state and national businesses, each providing integrated services across a variety of construction industry sectors.  Jon has a history of delivering business and project objectives beyond the expectations of shareholders and clients.

Jon commenced his engineering career in Brisbane and has since worked on many infrastructure projects throughout the East Coast, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding the civil engineering and construction markets.  Returning to SEE Group in 2025 as General Manager – Strategy & Engineering, after previously serving as General Manager at SEE Civil, Jon now leads strategic direction, business growth initiatives, corporate affairs, and engineering excellence across the organisation.

Jon holds a number of professional qualifications and industry memberships including BEng(Civil), NER, RPEQ, GAICD, and MIEAust.
