SEE launches its first
Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan
BUSINESS UPDATE
9 July 2026
For almost four decades, SEE has worked alongside communities to deliver infrastructure that connects people, supports growth and leaves a lasting legacy.
Today marks another important milestone in that journey with the launch of SEE Civil’s first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
More than a document, our RAP represents a commitment to strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and embedding reconciliation into the way we work, make decisions and engage with the communities in which we operate.
As a business working on Country every day, we recognise the enduring connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to Country, culture and community. We acknowledge that reconciliation is an ongoing journey – one that requires listening, learning, collaboration and meaningful action.
Our RAP provides a framework for that journey, guiding how we build cultural understanding, create opportunities, strengthen partnerships and foster a workplace where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples feel respected, valued and empowered.
A defining feature of this milestone is the commissioning of a unique artwork by a local First Nations artist, Christine Slabb created specifically for SEE.
The artwork reflects the relationships we continue to build between SEE and the communities in which we work. The dots surrounding the two communities and the SEE Group represent The SEE Way; Boots and All, Own It, One Team and Find Solutions —while recognising that supporting communities, families and the land remain central to everything we do.
The artwork will serve as a lasting reminder of our commitment and the shared responsibility we all have in contributing to reconciliation.
Launching our first RAP is an important step in SEE’s history, but it is only the beginning. Reconciliation is not a milestone to be achieved; it is a commitment to continuous learning, meaningful relationships and creating positive outcomes for future generations.
As we look to the future, we remain committed to listening, learning and working together to build stronger relationships, stronger communities and a stronger business.
We are proud to take this next step and look forward to the journey ahead.
