Construction Manager - Urban, SEE Civil

Elliott Martin is an experienced Construction Manager with over 9 years in the civil construction industry, delivering critical infrastructure, mining, and large-scale urban development projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

Elliott has successfully led projects with Transport for NSW, TMR, local councils, and private developers, overseeing projects with contracts exceeding +$150M and driving monthly revenues of $17M+. His expertise covers all phases of project delivery, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to execution and handover.

He brings to his role a deep understanding of civil construction, gained through hands-on experience across a wide range of disciplines, and now applies this knowledge to leading teams and driving project performance.

Currently responsible for managing multiple Urban projects north of Brisbane, Elliott works closely with development clients and utility providers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project delivery. His leadership style emphasises collaboration, accountability, and long-term value creation for stakeholders and communities alike.
