Martin is a qualified Civil Engineer and licenced builder (QLD & NSW – Open Nominee).

He has 35 years experience in the Construction Industry across commercial building, hi-rise construction as well as major road, rail, dam, mine infrastructure and urban projects for public and private clients. Some notable projects include:

• Northern Territory Parliament House (1991-1994)
• Grand Nikko (now Hilton) Hotel, Bali (1995-1996)
• Channel Tunnel High Speed Rail Link, UK (1998-1999)
• TMR Forgan Smith Bridge Replacement & Duplication (2008-2010)
• TfNSW Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway Upgrade (2016-2020)
• Olive Downs Greenfield Mine Complex (2022-2023)
• TMR Mackay Ring Road – Bald Hill Interchange (2023-2024)

Martin has been working at a Construction/Operations Manager level for 20 years, and commenced with SEE Group in 2025.
