Micheal has successfully led large-scale HSEQ strategies and cultural transformation initiatives that have delivered lasting, positive outcomes. He is passionate about aligning strategic safety goals with real-world operational outcomes and understands the importance of connecting diverse stakeholder groups across civil, mining, fleet, and quarry operations.

As General Manager – Safety at SEE Group, Micheal is responsible for overseeing the work health and safety (WHS) performance and management across all business units.
