Tim Smith

Construction Manager, Utilities

Tim has over a decade of experience in civil construction, delivering water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure, urban subdivisions and major mining earthworks across Queensland.

He began his career s career with SEE Civil in 2014 as a Site Engineer while completing his engineering studies at Queensland University of Technology, progressing through Project Engineer and Project Manager roles before being appointed Construction Manager – Utilities. Over that time Tim has delivered a broad range of projects, from residential subdivisions and deep gravity sewer works to large civil and earthworks packages in Central Queensland.

Tim is known for his deep technical knowledge of pipeline and underground services and a practical, methodical approach to delivery. He is passionate about efficiency and optimisation, continually looking for smarter, more productive ways to deliver work and build capable, high performing teams.
