SEE Civil has been engaged to build a 200-lot Manufactured Housing Estate (MHE) development in Yamba, New South Wales. The development includes associated community facilities for future residents.

The development area is approximately 7.8 hectares with the overall site spanning 18.42 hectares.

Project Scope

  • Bulk earthworks.
  • Retaining walls and ground retention.
  • Erosion and sediment controls.
  • Temporary construction access.
  • Reconstruction of Carrs Drive to raise road levels for flood immunity.
  • 2,500 square metres of concrete pavements.
  • Pressure and gravity sewer networks.
  • Water reticulation.
  • Local road upgrades.
