Hub Heathwood is a 24 industrial lot development site in Heathwood on the south side of Brisbane.  This project includes a slip lane left in and left out intersection off Johnson Road, 1km internal industrial road and signalised intersection of Johnson Road and Dickman Road in Heathwood. 

This project also includes over 600m of new pavement and overlay construction of Johnson Road.

  • Construction a major RCP Culvert crossing
  • Construction of 1,500m of new stormwater drainage infrastructure
  • Construction of 2,000m of new truck watermain infrastructure
  • Construction of 1,100m of new sewer infrastructure
  • Construction of 24,000m2 of new pavement
