SEE Civil were awarded two stages of the Vantage Industrial Estate in Yatala QLD.
The 650,000m2 estate is situated in a prime location between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and includes over 2.3 hectares of green open space, 5.5km of running and bike tracks, a network of outdoor exercise equipment, rainwater capture and reuse systems.
Stage 1 involved the development and subdivision of Lot 501 into Stage 1 comprising 23 lots and Lot 700, which will in the future become Stages 2 & 3. Externally there are road widening works and construction of a signalised intersection on Stapylton Jacobs Well Road, as well as roadworks extending Emeri Street into the estate road network.
Stage 2 involved the development and the subdivision of Lot 502 comprising 8 Lots and Lot 503, which will become Stage 3. Externally there are road widening works and construction of an intersection on Christensen Road.
