Construction has commenced on a major new lifestyle community in Highfields on Queensland’s Darling Downs, with SEE Group delivering the civil works that will help bring the development to life.
Developed by Ingenia Communities, Ingenia Lifestyle Darlingview will become one of the region’s largest over-50s lifestyle communities once complete, featuring more than 560 homes alongside resort-style amenities designed to support connection, wellbeing and active living.
Located around 20 kilometres north of Toowoomba’s CBD, Highfields is one of the region’s fastest-growing communities and continues to attract strong demand from downsizers and lifestyle-focused buyers seeking the space and amenity of regional living.
SEE Group is proud to play a key role in the delivery of this significant project, undertaking civil works that will establish the essential infrastructure for the community. These works will support the development of landscaped streets, residential precincts and the services required to support a vibrant new neighbourhood.
Once complete, the community will feature a range of premium shared facilities designed to create a resort-style living experience. Plans include two central clubhouses, swimming pools, wellness facilities, a cinema, library and function spaces, along with outdoor amenities such as pickleball courts, a bowling green, gymnasium and community gardens.
The project builds on the success of Ingenia’s earlier lifestyle community in the region, which demonstrated the growing demand for high-quality over-50s living options across the Darling Downs.
