Here at SEE Group, we promote a safety-first culture by empowering every individual that works for or on a SEE Group project to speak up and look out for each other. Having all workers understand that safety is everyone’s responsibility, and that safety takes priority in everything we do.

We place our people at the centre of our risk management process. We talk with them, listen to them and ask them what they need to do the job safely. Once agreed, we act on their advice.

By maintaining openness and transparency on all matters relating to health and safety, whilst allowing any individual to provide input gives them a sense of ownership on those matters. This creates and promotes a positive safety culture on all projects. This also is driven and supported by our guiding principles in The SEE Way.
